Vital Signal is a static website that sells one-time access to a Google Gem that performs AI-assisted health pattern analysis. By purchasing or using the site, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Your purchase gives you access to a delivered Gem URL and related onboarding guidance. It is not a subscription service, software license with ongoing hosted features, or medical service.

No medical advice

Vital Signal does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use it for informational purposes only and consult qualified healthcare professionals before acting on health-related suggestions.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for emergencies or urgent symptom triage.
• Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional care.
• Do not attempt to misrepresent the service as a licensed medical product.

Intellectual property

The branding, website copy, prompt design, and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of Vital Signal. Your purchase gives you access to use the delivered Gem, not ownership of the underlying materials.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, if any, are governed by the refund policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Signal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated observations.
