Vital Signal is sold as a one-time digital product that delivers access to a Google Gem. Because the product is a digital delivery URL, refunds are generally not offered once access has been provided.
When we may refund
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The payment was processed in error.
- We failed to deliver the promised access link.
What to include in a refund request
Email [email protected] with the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue.
Response time
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
